Planning & Design
Every visual element is carefully designed and refined together with engineers to ensure it can be applied to the aircraft while meeting aviation safety and quality standards.
Aircraft Preparation
The process begins with a thorough inspection to ensure the aircraft is ready for painting. This is followed by a series of surface preparation steps before the painting process begins.
Painting Process
Once the surface is fully prepared, the base coat is applied and masking guides are installed. Every color and detail of the livery is then painted step by step according to the approved design.
Final Inspection
Finally, the completed livery undergoes a comprehensive quality and safety inspection, including compliance with DKUPPU standards, before the aircraft returns to the skies.
