   If you're booking a new flight: Select Choose Meals during the booking process.
   If you already have a ticket: Go to My Bookings, select your flight, then choose Baggage / Meals.

If you miss the deadline, you can still purchase food onboard. However, only the airline's regular onboard menu will be available, subject to availability. Reschedule, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Travel plans can change unexpectedly, so here's what you should know about BookCabin's Pre-Book Meals policy. If you voluntarily change your flight schedule, your Pre-Book Meal order cannot be transferred and is non-refundable. You'll need to place a new meal order for your updated flight.

If your flight schedule is changed by the airline, your meal order may either be transferred to your new flight or refunded, depending on the circumstances.

Flight Cancellation

If you cancel your flight, your Pre-Book Meal order is non-refundable. However, if the airline cancels your flight without providing an alternative schedule, your meal order will not be processed, and you'll receive a full refund. BookCabin's Customer Service team will contact you to verify the information required for the refund process.

If Your Meal Is Not Delivered

If your Pre-Book Meal is unavailable during your flight, the airline will provide a replacement meal of similar value or offer compensation according to its applicable policy.
