  • Refund requests apply to all unused flight coupons on the ticket.
  • The refund amount may vary based on the applicable terms and conditions.
  • Refund requests can be submitted up to 3 (three) months after the travel date (Date of Travel / DOT).

For international bank accounts (outside Indonesia), please note the following information for refunds to international bank accounts:
  1. The currency used for the refund transfer to your bank account will be the same currency used for the original transaction.
  2. Currency conversion is subject to the exchange rate applied by the bank.
  3. Bank charges may apply and will be deducted automatically from the refund amount received.
